Water Damage

Long after a flood, water damage can continue to pose a threat to your indoor air quality and structural integrity. Flood clean-up needs to go beyond removing the water to include removal and replacement of contaminated materials and return moisture and humidity to normal levels. Viruses, bacteria and mold can quickly develop triggering allergic reactions and pose long-term health risks.

A-1’s professional team immediately removes the water and brings in the latest equipment to filter the air and collect mold spores. Damaged and contaminated flooring, walls, woodwork, insulation and structural beams are removed. After the removal and humidity levels are back to normal, A-1 starts the process of restoring your space. This includes installing new lumber, insulation and sheetrocking to finishing the job with painting and installing new trim.
